Wow...I must say I am extremely happy for all the new material and fottage of the guys. They seem pretty busy which is of course a good thing for them and also for us. We can enjoy their musik even if not on cd or at a concert. Thank God for the Internet...:)
The Interview is informative and Henriks Oxford English is extremely melodic, just like their musik. Very cool to watch Carl and Henrik answer those question. Funny how many times people ask about the name of the band! Btw, where were Rasmus and Johan? I also was happy to hear more of the motivation behind their musik, how they see themselves and what is important for them. I just can talk about me, but I absolutely agree, each song is different, for one song the melody moves me, gives me something deep, makes me think/feel. And at times it is the words/lyrics. The sound of the words. I often tell people when I talk about GN to listen to how the words are pronounced or some word used I haven't heard before...hahaha. Rarely I think of what did the writer want to say with the lyrics, the "story" behind it. How will I ever know unless I ask the one who wrote it. Otherwise it is just my personal interpretation. :)
Always fun to see them play unplugged! But this one was AWESOME and fun to listen to. GN are always in for a surprise. :) I just wished they would do another song at times, would hate to feel Bone Will Break Metal being worn out! Btw...where were Rasmus and Johan?!?! I think I heard Rasmus laugh after the unplugged song!?!?!
